3. How we use information
We use information to respond to prospects, provide and administer services, manage client relationships, maintain portal access, prepare and track work, communicate about invoices and account status, improve operations, secure our systems, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.
4. Sharing and disclosure
BridgeScale does not sell personal information. We may disclose information to hosting, email, technology, professional, logistics, carrier, or other service providers that support our operations; to Amazon or another platform when needed to perform authorized client work; to a successor in a business transaction; or to authorities when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or systems.
5. Payment information

Where controls are provided, your selected privacy settings will govern optional technologies on the BridgeScale website.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, account administration, dispute resolution, security, accounting, legal compliance, and legitimate business records. Different categories of information may have different retention periods.
8. Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including restricted account access, password hashing, secure connections, access controls, and separation of internal and client-facing systems. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
